Hey second post great recipe for breakfast lunch or with dinner. It's a smoothie that I shall tell.



1 orange


2 rasberry yogurts


2 handfulls of ice


Take the orange and squeeze all the juice in to the blender. To get more juice scrape the orange. Next put in the yogurt and ice. Pulse a few times on the blender then push on ,wait about 1 minute. Now laddle it out into cups.
